Do you offer emergency services?

Yes. We know some problems just can’t wait. While extra fees are subject to apply, we will let you know upfront before visiting the property address.

Do you provide any discounts?

You bet. We proudly offer 65+ and military discounts with valid ID.

Are all your plumbers licensed?

Yes. We are fully licensed by CSLB, bonded, and insured so that you can feel comfortable having us work in and on your home.

Do you provide free estimates?

Unfortunately, we cannot with the cost of travel and gas these days. However, if you choose K.O. Plumbing, we will deduct our dispatch fee from your service quote. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes. Beyond your product’s manufacturer’s warranty, we also warranty all labor for up to a year from the date of service.

Do you only service residential?

Nope! We will take on individual commercial jobs as well. Just give us a call or submit a request above, and we’ll take care of you.
